View Inbound Message - Unable To See Some Inbound Messages (Doc ID 2777042.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.9.0.0.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

View Inbound message - Unable to see some Inbound messages

Screen shows inbound messages by pages.
First page shows first 20 inbound messages and page 2 shows duplicates of inbound messages on page 1.
Page 2 does not show next set of messages and those messages can not be seen if we search by Customer ID.

If we search by another option "Message Details" then missing messages can be seen on the screen.
We have to test it for a person having more than 20 messages.
There is an issue page 2 onward

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

message ID: #ID_NUMBER should be displayed when searching by Person Details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Menu > Integration > Inbound Message
2. Search by "Person Details" and enter customer ID
