According to the document, Doc ID 2325166.1 (Quantity is Getting Rounded to Case Level While Creating PO, Even though SUPS.SUP_QTY_LEVEL is EA), the ordering is always rounded at the (least) case level, is the smallest level in the rounding level attribute. What is the purpose of the ROUND_TO_INNER_PCT field of the ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY table?

Whenever a user is defining the item/supplier/country attributes for rounding purposes, RMS displays the following attributes:
- Rounding Level
If RMS does not allow for rounding to inner, what is the purpose of the attribute - ROUND_TO_INNER_PCT?
As this is used for warehouse-to-store replenishment, should this info be set at the ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY level? Also, for the same item, if you have multiple suppliers, which configuration will RMS use?
