• Usage Transactions are in 'System Error' status after MDM received the Usage Request.
Usage Transaction in System Error due to ArrayIndexOutofBoundsException
Upon checking, our custom code CmGetFrequentlyReadScalarUsagePhaseInAlgComp_Impl Is calling the base code RetrieveMeasurementQualityAssessments_Impl. The ArrayIndexOutofBoundsException is being trigger by the base code - There is a difference between the MDM 2.3 vs MDM 2.2 code for the RetrieveMeasurementQualityAssessments_Impl
