Need Help Troubleshooting Issue Where Transaction Is Processed But Nothing Is Added To Send.msg (Doc ID 2777466.1)

Recently we have had several transactions come through on high volume nights that were processed and added to the WIP table successfully but no information was logged to the send.msg indicating that the transaction occurred.

When this happens the transaction is flagged as "print pending" and we manually resubmit it. This is a problem because the transaction gets written to the WIP table and gets printed a second time. Our users see the duplicate in their reports and ask to contact the mail room to have the duplicate envelope pulled.

The receive.msg comes through as expected and looks fine, the transaction is processed successfully but no information is logged in the send.msg or any log files.

Can you provide us with some direction on how to troubleshoot this and prevent it from happening in the future?
