Customer Loading Was Hanging Due To Query Tools (Doc ID 2777469.1)

On : version, Customer, Config, Pricing Migration

The customer data loading from Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) to Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) using customer updater was hanging due to query tools.

In the ecs log, there is a message printed every 5 mins saying member left cluster and member joined cluster. 

There are 2 issues:
- When customer loading is in progress, the query is not coming out fast (e.g select count() from Customer). It takes lot of time (like 10mins) and sometimes timeout.
- When is connected, it freezes the customer loading process.

If is not connected during customer loading then it works.
