CLI-DN Screens Hangs when Edit Button is Clicked too Often (Doc ID 2777933.1)

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) versions and, there is an issue with the Calling Line Identifier - Destination Number (CLI-DN) screen when editing a CLI-DN entry.

If the Edit button in the CLI-DN screen is clicked too often in quick succession (after closing the new pop up window), the entire NCC User Interface (UI) will lock up and become unresponsive.  Killing the Jave process and restart the screens is the only way to restore usability.
