Goal

In our TEST Instance, we are seeing data corruption for our sourcing assignments.
We have created some sourcing assignments in destination side whereas sourcing rules were created in Source Side.
But Now, we are seeing that sourcing rules ID have been changed in VCP Side and there is zombie record in msc_sr_assignments table.

When we are trying to create same record again using "Assign Sourcing Rule" form, system is not allowing us to create the record again, saying we already have same assignment setup, even though we cannot query this assignment in the form

We see Sourcing Rule X1 has Sourcing_rule_id = 1001 in msc_sourcing_rules, but in the msc_sr_assignments - same rule is 2002
