ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using the 'Set Project Preferences' at the EPS node, all of the settings are not being applied to the projects in the EPS hierarchy.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Settings should be applied to all projects in the EPS.
