On post of non-monetary transaction ‘Customer Name Maintenance’, account information disappears from customer service screen

Later user was unable to search for same or any other account. Had to force close browser and re-log in. Transactions completed successfully and transactions were visible in Maintenance after logging back in.

System should display the account details in the customer service screen after posting non-monetary transaction customer name maintenance also.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select any account.
2. Post the customer name maintenance non-monetary transaction.
3. Verify account details disappears or not. Currently account details disappears.
4. User has to close the the browser or sign off to search the account again then only account details appears and also non-monetary transaction posted successfully.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the customer details in customer service screen after posting customer name maintenance non-monetary transactions.
