Symptoms

When Manually Importing a Followup, Products Tab--> Dosage Regimens is being duplicated.

Steps to Reproduce:
-Import an Initial Case
Product Tab--> Dosage Regimen will have one record
-Import a Follow Up
All records of Dosage Regimen are duplicated for each Product.
