Symptoms

Steps to reproduce:
-----------------------
1) Create an account with Monthly Cycle Forward (MCF) plan.
2) Create any 2-3 collection actions.
3) Perform billing.
4) Execute the collection actions.
5) Check for the action's status in CustomerCenter.

Actual Behavior:
After successful execution of action, in Customer Center action is not displayed.

Expected Behavior:
After successful execution of action, in Customer Center action should be displayed as Done.
