VPN Screens Become Slow with High Number of VPN Networks (Doc ID 2778610.1)

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) and Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) up to and including 12.0.3.0, the Virtual Private Network (VPN) Network screen becomes extremely slow to open once a high number of VPN networks have been created.

The actual time it takes to open the VPN Network screen will largely depend on the bandwidth of the underlying network bandwidth and hardware.
