One new LDAP user is not appearing under Users node after the LDAP sync.
The user shows up in the LDAP Preview
The new LDAP user to appearing under Users node after the LDAP sync
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a new user to LDAP
2. Log into Java Client as admin user, go to Admin tab > Settings > User Settings > Users, and run Refresh User from LDAP directory
3. Search for All users. Do not see one new user under Users node
4. Go to Admin tab > Settings > Server Settings > LDAP
4. Run LDAP Preview. See the problem user shows up in the LDAP Preview screen
