AcsCompilerDaemon Crashed When Control Plan Contains Gaj's Latin Characters (Doc ID 2779000.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) and Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), the acsCompilerDaemon process is responsible for converting a control plan (CP) into the binary format used by the Advanced Control Services (ACS) service logic to process calls.

There is a know issue with the acsCompilerDaemon when it has to compile a CP where nodes contain characters from Gaj's Latin alphabet.
