Unable To View Attachment In ECM Evidence Tab

Symptoms
While downloading the attachment from the evidence tab the below error is observed in client environment and they aren’t able to download the attachment.

at com.ofs.aai.ojff.web.FFController.doGet(FFController.java:113)
Observed that the uploaded document is present in DOCUMENT_UPLOAD_SAVE but not available in DOCUMENT_DOWNLOAD and DOCUMENT_UPLOAD_TEMP path of <conf>.CONFIGURATION table.
