Stochastic RM 4.5 Process Using Forecast Balance ID Hangs (Doc ID 277930.1)

When running an Oracle Risk Manager (RM) Stochastic Process using a Forecast Balance ID, the process does not complete but appears to be hang.  Upon checking the result tables, some of the results are correctly written by the process.

In the server application log file, ofsrm.XXXXXX, there is an error message:

A previous run with no Forecast Balance ID completes successfully.

The Modeling Buckets in the active Configuration ID has a long term (several years) bucket as the last modeling horizon time bucket.
