Unable to map Goods web service to more than one tag for a Fedwire Message Type

Symptoms
User unable to map Goods service to more than one field tag for Fedwire message type.
The mapping works fine for one single tag but when trying to assign more than field the system does not respond and press F12 for debugging the below 500 error is obtained in the developer tools.
Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
1) Log in to TFadmin UI
2) click on Fedwire configuration Admin ----> select FDBTR1002 message type.
3) In screening configuration --- >screening webservice --> select Goods Screening.
4) Add good screening for Tag field3100 (Sender Short name)
5)The configurations are added for one tag successfully.
6) Add good screening for Tag field 3400 (receiver short name) but the screen doesn't allow for any second Tag(Press F12 for debug)
