Symptoms

On OFSAA 8.1.0.0.0, export Object migration is failing. Currently, trying to create export .dmp files into OFSAA8.1.0 environment.  The following error is found in the MIGRATION_INFODOM_OFFLINE_OBJECT_MIGRATION_20210316_1_OFSAA8.1.0.log:

ERROR

serviceAccount fetched from Configuration : SYSADMN
Transaction Status {"MESSAGE":"Exception has occured","STATUS":"Transaction failed"}
Exception occured java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused


Neither LDAP nor SSO is enabled.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Common Object Maintenance -> Object Administration -> Object Migration
2. Create new export for T2T
3. Run the export
