Symptoms
When attempting to connect to RIB JMS Queues from Oracle JDeveloper, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
The queue RIBAQ.EITEMRCLS cannot be found. The database connection user may not have privileges to access this queue. Specify a different queue name or go back and select a different connection.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the RIB AQ JMS user with required permissions.
2. To Enqueue the message use the AQ Adapter to establish connection.
3. In AQ Adapter Configuration received the error.
