ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When users are enabled forecast spreading at Org level(Demand schedule), it has not spread the forecast for the option item level

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Forecast must be spread at model level as well as option item level

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into ASCP Responsibility
2. Run the ASCP Plan
3. Review the plan output
