LDAP Orders are Piled-Up In ASAP Pending Queue Which Is Causing Degradation In Order Success Rate (Doc ID 2779646.1)

It is being observed that there has been multiple occurrences of pile-up's on ASAP network element process (NEP) , which is causing orders to stuck/wait in pending queue and in turn causing degradation in order success rate. We are using a NEP restart as work around for time being  when this issue occurred.
