Symptoms
In FTP 8.1.0.1.0 the assumption rule does not allow you to edit the existing configuration.The interest rate code section goes blank and if trying to add new rows,it will ask for interest rate codes to be set first.
Interest Rate code goes blank after saving the adjustment rule.
When click on "Add" button ,it asks to select an IRC, which is unavailable for editing purpose.
