PublicUserIdentity exists in Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) Cache but Broad-Band Authentication failed with error "User Profile Not Found in ECE Cache".

radiusGateway.log has repeating error:
2021-04-13 23:04:07.457 AST INFO - - - - RESPONSE SENT => Identifier:<ID> ; User-Name:<USERNAME>; Status:Reject ; Reason:User Profile Not Found in ECE Cache

ecs.log has error:
2021-04-13 12:56:50.596 AST ERROR - - - - ProcessorFrameworkMessageBundle-17000: Unexpected exception: ProcessorUsageMessageBundle-17202: "Product not found for public user ID 426010500285949 and product type TelcoGsmTelephony at time 2021-04-12T16:53:28Z[UTC]"
