Cycle Sequence Does Not Work In 11.2.2.5, Error Is Thrown In Logs. (Doc ID 2779992.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.31 version, General

Cycle Sequence Does Not Work in 11.2.2.5, error is thrown in logs. When trying to process cycle using a sequence the following error is thrown and no activities are able to be processed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Make sure you are on version 11.2.2.X
2) Create a cycle sequence
3) Process cycle using the sequence and notice the error that will be thrown in the Cycle Agent Log file
