Data Not Changed When Making an Update or Delete in OFSAA DEFQ Data Entry Form

Symptoms
When attempting to edit or delete a record from a Form in Data Entry Forms and Queries (DEFQ) > Data Entry, nothing happens. The data does not change.
For example, you update a column in the Form and click on Save. The following message appears:
[7007] Record(s) Updated Successfully
Do you want to continue in same mode?
You click on Ok. When you review the data in the Form, the data has not changed.
There are no errors in the DeFiService.log from $FIC_HOME/logs.
