CUR_PAR_BAL Has Zero Balances and ALM Generates No Cash Flows For Loans After Upgrading to 8.0.6 or Higher (Doc ID 2780140.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to ALM 8.0.6 or higher, the ALM Process for Loans completes successfully but does not generate any rows.  There are no rows in FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS.  There are no errors in the logs.

When you check the source data, the CUR_PAR_BAL column is null.  This column was being populated by T2T_LOAN_CONTRACTS.  Data was loaded successfully prior to the upgrade.
