Intelligent Advisor - Enhancement request to allow restricted XML control characters in load

Unable to load some web determinations interviews due to control characters in the load response which are outside of the valid XML (v1.0) range, for example \u001A.
It appears that in XML v1.1 these characters would likely be valid (although their use discouraged), but Intelligent Advisor uses version 1.0.
Implemented a workaround to look for and escape particular characters on a couple of the known problem fields, but it is apparently very difficult to be able to catch all of these as they could be introduced at multiple parts of the workflow.

Users cannot load some of the web determinations interviews when such control are present, unless these control characters could be handled by OPA, and for example, ignored or converted to blank space.
