Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Issue:

When printing the Case listing report including "Case Closed By", the value in the last row of the left side column populates in "Case Closed By" column even though all the cases are not closed.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Go to Reports > Aggregate reports > Case Listing

2. Create a new case listing report with the following columns in this order

For example:
- Case Closure Date
- Case Lock Date
- Case Closed By
- Case Locally Locked By

3. Save the case listing report template

4. Create a new case and locked the case

5. Print the Case listing report

6. Open the report

The value of last rows on left side column "Case Lock Date" populates in the "Case Closed By" column.

Since the case has not been closed yet, this column supposed to be blank.
