Goal
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12.0.0.3.0 version, Pipeline Manager
It is observed that in "ifw_rateplan_cnf" table, the SERVICE_CLASS column is automatically getting updated as "DEF" whenever there is a update in rate plans. Here user have configured multiple Service Classes like DOM.MOB,PHS etc. Whenever they modify the rateplan from Pricing Design Center (PDC) or through ImportExportPricing Utility, this is happening.
Here they are expecting the new created Service Classes (DOM,MOB,PHS etc) should appear in SERVICECLASS column.
Steps Followed:

1. Using Pipeline Configuration Center(PCC), created a new service VOIP. A
2. Also created multiple service classes under it - DOM (calls to domestic), MOB (calls to mobile), 050 (calls to 050), EMG (calls to emergency nos) etc
3. Run syncpdc
4. In PDC, createed USC Selector rules using those different service classes, service code, zone model, usage class and ICs and used that USC Selector in charge rateplan and configure the charges for the ICs from USC Selector rules
