SIM Webservice Is not Showing the Most Recent Price (Doc ID 2780942.1)

Symptoms

The WebService StoreItemPriceService is returning records for old prices instead of returning the most recent ones.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Execute a request in the WEBSERVICE: https://....../StoreItemPriceBean/StoreItemPriceService for an item with more than 20 item_price records.
2. Execute the webservice with search_limit = 1, it was expected to get the latest price and instead is getting the oldest one.
