ORA-39083 or ORA-02437 Primary Key Validation Errors When Importing Production Database into Testing System (Doc ID 2781255.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Web Workspace

Customer created a dump of their production database with "expdp".

Attempting to import the database dump into their testing system gives them primary key errors for numerous tables:
