A Business Process That Should Be Available On The Mobile Application Cannot be Added (Doc ID 2781321.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to enable three Business Processes (BP's) for use with the iOS Mobile Application they are not available for selection when trying to Add them to the mobile app.  However, there are two other BP's that are visible in the iOS Mobile Application and are working as expected. The iOS Mobile App version is 21.5.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting any or all BP's that have been enabled for Mobile to be displayed in iOS Application when trying to add new BP's.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the iOS Mobile Application
  2. On the home page, only two Business Processes are displayed, these were added previously.
  3. Click "+" to add the additional 3 BP's, but they are not displayed on this page to be selected.
