Goal

You’ve added two columns to ces_customers:
county and muni_flag

These are additional pieces of data you need for the customer record that is fed into OUA.

You have the data populating as part of the OMS customer load into the ces_customers_a/b tables.
You cannot get the data to updates/create in the ces_customers_history table.
