Error Is Populating On Click Off "Calculate Parameters" trying To Update the user defined fields. (Doc ID 2781447.1)

Symptoms

Error is populating when "Calculate Parameters" is clicked on the Account Details > Account Details screen, when trying to update the user defined fields. Additionally, the Calculate Parameters button has to be hit the multiple times in order for it to calculate. Once the error pops up, we cannot navigate within OFSLL, and need to close out. 

ERROR

Error while selecting entity for account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select any active loan account.
2. Click on customer service-->Account Details screen
3. Click on Calculate Parameters


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Bank unable to use the calculate button
