Cannot add related pick-up on Windows 10 App

I'm trying to add related pickup in Windows 10 App for the first time. At first, it seems that there is no issue adding the pick-up order. However, for "Add Another" the screen is not responding after the check button was clicked. Need to force close the application. When I reopen it, the first pick-up order wasn't created at all and not available on the task list.
