Pin_recover Not Set Correct ACH and CHANNEL_ID Value for Payment Event (Doc ID 2782214.1)

Symptoms

As part of payment recovery, the pin_recover job is not retrieving the ACH and CHANNEL_ID value.:

The command:
pin_recover -pay_type 10003 -vendor VENDOR -recover_payment
