Goal

Customer is building a new template search feature for Bulk Adjustment in Billing Care 12.0 and as part of this feature, planning to expose the feature only to a specific set of CSR Groups/Role.

For achieving this need to introduce a new resource type and resource in Oracle Platform Security Services(OPSS) and add this resource under the CSR (Certificate Signing Request)Group. Also, CustomConfigurations.xml needs to be updated with new resource type and use this in the JS(Java Script) files to enable or disable the button allowing template search.
