Symptoms

ISSUE:

TMS fails with error FRM-40512: ORACLE Error: unable to issue SAVEPOINT command. Error is reported in those windows idle for more than 30 minutes, even with user working actively in another windows.

Changes

 Database IDLE_TIME was set to 30 minutes
