ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Hierarchy Navigator not able to open all the items in the drop-down for Formulation Spec

Our user was trying to use the hierarchy navigator today to see whether all raw materials used in a finished product are in Approved status, but ran into an issue with the hierarchy navigator not showing all of the inputs. User was previously able to view this.

User was looking at a certain formula spec which breaks down into a meat mix formula and a caramel color solution formula, but when clicked at hierarchy navigator it is not returning about half of the inputs to the meat mix formula, including the spice blend (which also has a sub-formula) or any of the caramel color solution formula.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Hierarchy navigator should show all the inputs.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PLM4Process
2. Open Hierarchy navigator
3. It is not showing all the inputs.
