Omission Status is not Changed After Change the Corresponding Discrepancy Status. (Doc ID 278279.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

The status of an ommission, which has an action assigned, is not changed after the corresponding
discrepancy changes its status. More in detail:

An action is created for an omission with status INV REVIEW
After run batch validation process (BV) the correponding discrepancy changes to status INV REVIEW
as expected. Then the discrepancy status is manually updated to status CRA REVIEW.
After run BV again the TMS omission still continues showing status INV REVIEW.

For example:

1. Entry data
2. Run BV - TMS in progress discrepancy created. Ommission TMS IN PROGRESS created.
3. Apply action to the omission (single term action not a global one). INV REVIEW status is
assigned to the ommision.
4. Run BV - Discrepancy changes to INV REVIEW status.
5. Update discrepancy and change status to CRA REVIEW.
6. Run BV - Ommision still has status INV REVIEW. 7. If the document is updated then next time BV is executed the ommision status is changed to
CRA REVIEW.
