When trying to access Mobile Components m1CapcityContractorCmpl and M1-NetworkCommunication generate error, "Error Message: User XXX lacks inquire authorization for Business Object M1-MobileCompType.  Description: Message Category: 11001  Message Number: 1900" The user is configured with All Services.
