Goal
Pointers for providing data query information for problem analysis.
A frequent request for problem analysis of an issue is to query the database tables and provide the results. The NMS application often makes many entries that can be within seconds or in some cases within the same second, having precise information is required.
SqlDeveloper, as well as other database tools have capabilities to display the date and time values to the second. Setting the NLS parameters should be done before saving the data for a report.
