Goal

One buy item does not show any Fixed lead time in ASCP planner workbench - Items view
All other buy items have the fixed lead time populated in ASCP even though the attribute is NULL in EBS.
When I put the fixed lead time in on the item on the EBS instance, then the item plans properly.
Problem seems to be on the ASCP side where the item does not have the fixed lead time derived by the plan when it runs.
