Symptoms


Running custom PX fails with error.


ERROR

ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client.
2. Run Custom PX.
3. PX fails with error: "ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource "
