UEL is not Updating the Balance in Custom Opcode When Records are in Sequence (Doc ID 2783717.1)

Symptoms

The user is using Universal Event Loader (UEL) to call a custom opcode to update the object's balance field in the storable class.

When using UEL to call custom code with the comma-separated values (CSV) input file with 2 entries such as below:

The actual result is that only the first balance (11.0) is updated and the second balance (14.0) is missing.

The expected result is that the balance field is updated with 25.0.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. uel -t template_name filename
