Push Plan Information Is Failing With 'ORACLE error 14452 in FDPSTP' Error (Doc ID 2783789.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version,

When attempting to run Push Plan Information,
the following error occurs.

 **Starts**
 **SQL error and free**
 ORACLE error 14452 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-14452: attempt to create, alter or drop an index on temporary table already in use
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_M2A_PUSH", line 3272
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_M2A_PUSH", line 1303
ORA-06512: at line 1

The issue happens while performing the following:


1. Run the Push Plan Information

Nav: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) -> Other -> Request -> Select 'Push Plan Information' and enter parameters appropriately.

2. Review the log file of the concurrent request and see the above error.
