Data Stuck in Bulk CC Tables When Creating Item-Zone Level Clearances Using Injetor Batch (Doc ID 2783818.1)

Goal

While creating Item/zone level clearances via InjectorPriceEventBatch for zone with no ranged locations for item are getting approved however conflict process data was retained in RPM_BULK_CC_PE* tables.
But, when clearance is created through UI then data doesn't persist in RPM_BULK_CC_PE* tables.
