Symptoms

When the Agile WebClient session times out the below error message is displayed in the browser

ERROR

Error 500 : Internal Server Error

STEPS

  1. Enable SAML-SSO for Agile PLM using Azure IDP
  2. Log into Agile WebClient 
  3. Keep the Agile session idle until it times out
