Customer Creation from BRM is Not Syncing With ECE (Doc ID 2784024.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.0.9.0 version,

BRM Gateway and eai_js are configured correctly as per the steps mentioned on the documentation, however, when a new customer is created in BRM via testnap, ECE doesn't sync the new customer.
 

Following errors are getting logged in cm.pinlog and nothing is getting logged in the BRM Gateway log.
