Symptoms

Below error occurs when running recreateagile utility

Error

ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified




Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run recreateagile utility under %Oracle_Base%\admin\{sid}\create\{db_username}:
2. Gets error in the console after line: %Oracle_Base%\admin\{sid}\create\{db_username}:>%Oracle_Home%\bin\sqlplus "sys/{password} as sysdba" @useragile.sql tartan
